Anti crush technology

Our hand operated, remote operated and autonomous material handling and lifting solutions are fitted with safety devices to prevent accidents and injuries to the operators and pedestrians. The video shows an example of an operator moving a pallet of slabs in a very tight space. The anti crush button on the EMOVEFORK 1.5 tonne fork lifter ensures safety and is highly manoeuvrable even in a small space, allowing on the spot turns, image of the anticrush button below:

When operating hand operated machines without anti crush technology, there is a higher risk of injuries to the greatest asset within your organisation, your people.

Our safe, efficient and electric solutions with integrated anti crush technology ensure safer movement, even in the tightest of spaces as demonstrated.

The video demonstrates a scenario where the operator moves backwards with their back close to an obstacle or a wall, for example. There is a risk of being crushed if the operator failed to stop in time or had a medical emergency such as a cramp or seizure, causing them to go backwards even further and getting crushed by the material handling machine. This risk is mitigated by the anti crush button fitted to our hand operated electric handling and lifting machines. On contact with the body of an operator, the control system actuates the anti-crush protocol and moves the machine away from the operator immediately. If you're interested in finding out more about this, or you have a specific challenge to handle, lift or manipulate a load of any weight and dimension, please, contact us or check out our solutions and shop.
